How to reach the campsite
Reach Mussoorie via Dehradun — the nearest railway station and airport (Jolly Grant), roughly a 1-hour drive from the town center.
From Mussoorie’s Library Chowk, it’s a short taxi ride to the George Everest trailhead near Hathipaon.
The trek from the trailhead to the campsite takes 30–45 minutes on a clear, well-marked path — manageable for beginners and families.
Most camps, including ours, offer a pickup from Library Chowk or Kempty Road on request, so you don’t need to arrange the trailhead leg yourself.
